Dr. Loren Smith Joins Signature Urology (11/14/2008)
Loren J. Smith, M.D., has joined Signature Urology in Suite 140 of the Medical Arts Building at 2551 Greenwood Road in Shreveport. Dr. Smith joins Dr. F. Thomas Siskron IV in the urology practice.
Dr. Rowena DeSouza Joins WK/University Urology Affiliates (10/30/2008)
Rowena A. DeSouza, M.D., has joined WK/University Urology Affiliates. She sees patients at both of the practice’s locations, Suite 800 at WK Pierremont Health Center, and Suite 106 at the Physicians Center at Willis-Knighton South. Dr. DeSouza joins Doctors Donald Elmajian, Alexander Gomelsky, John Mata and Dennis Venable in the urology practice.

Elizabeth Harrel, M.D., has joined W. Stewart Bundrick, M.D., at Ark-La-Tex Urology and Prostate Cancer Institute. The office is located in Suite 280 of the WK Medical Pavilion at 2449 Hospital Drive in Bossier City.
Shreveport Fire Department to Honor Willis-Knighton Nurse (10/20/2008)
Bethany Hudson, R.N., in the Critical Care Unit at Willis-Knighton Medical Center will be awarded the Civilian Letter of Commendation by Shreveport Fire Chief Brian Crawford in a special ceremony on Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2008 at 10 a.m. in the Administrative Offices of the Shreveport Fire Department, 263 North Common Street.
